John Gruber is technology enthusiast and an Apple and web pundit who writes full time on his blog, Daring Fireball. He also is one of the creators of the web language, Markdown, which converts marked up text to (X)HTML. Gruber is considered by many to be one of the premier Apple bloggers through his site. The site contains succinct posts that link to articles written by other Mac, web developers, and bloggers, that often included specific quotes along with a short sentence or two in response. It also contains well written in-depth posts containing Gruber's response and insight to important events going on in the Apple or web developer or user community.
