Jennifer Shahade, age 25 is a Women's Grandmaster, writer and two-time American Women's Chess Champion (2002, 2004).
Her first book, Chess Bitch: Women in the Ultimate Intellectual Sport, was published in the fall of 2005 (Siles Press.) She is currently the web editor for Chess Life Magazine, the national publication of USCF.
