Jacob Bannon is the vocalist for the four-piece band, Converge. Based out of Salem, Massachusetts, he's been playing a blend of hardcore punk and extreme metal since 1990. Converge helped define many of the rudiments of the metalcore genre.

He is also known for his artistic abilities, having designed album covers and posters for bands like Underoath, As I Lay Dying, Integrity, The Blinding Light, as well as his own band.
