Heather Champ is the community manager for Flickr. But more than that, she is a great photographer herself and is a driving force behind the Mirror Project, a community-assembled collection of mirrored-surface self-portraits. She was a co-founder of JPG magazine with her husband Derek Powazek (they are no longer affiliated with the magazine).

She has been publishing on the web since 1994, and launched her old site, harrumph!, in 2000. Her current personal site and blog are at hchamp.com.
